At Unoliving, we want to make it easy and safe for you to shop with us. We offer several different payment options so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Payment options

Credit card

You can pay securely and free of charge with the following payment cards:

• Dankort
• VISA/Dankort
• VISA
• Visa Electron
• MasterCard
• MobilePay
• Klarna

We use a secure payment gateway and all card data is encrypted. This means a 100% secure transaction for you. The amount will only be deducted from your account once the item has been shipped from our warehouse. If we are unable to deliver the entire order, we will reduce your payment to the correct amount.


How to pay by card:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout and select “Credit card” as payment method.
3. Enter your card details in the secure payment window.
4. Complete the payment.
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6. We will ship your goods as soon as possible.

MobilePay

Pay quickly and easily with MobilePay. Unoliving does not charge a fee for using MobilePay as a payment method.


How to pay with MobilePay:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Go to the checkout and select “MobilePay” as payment method.
3. Enter your mobile number and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Approve the payment in your MobilePay app.
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6. We will ship your goods as soon as possible.

Klarna - Buy now, pay later

We work with Klarna to offer you flexible payment options. With Klarna, you can choose to pay now, pay later or split the payment into smaller installments. It's easy, secure and fee-free.

How to pay with Klarna:

1. Place the products you want in the shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout and select “Klarna” as your payment method.
3. Choose the payment option that suits you best (e.g. pay in 14 days or split the payment).
4. Follow the instructions and complete the payment.
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6. We will ship your goods as soon as possible.

Note: Klarna makes a credit assessment based on the information you enter.


Bank transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Please note that with bank transfer you are not protected by the objection scheme.

How to pay by bank transfer:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout and select “Bank transfer” as the payment method.
3. Complete the order.
4. You will receive an order confirmation by email with our bank details.
5. Transfer the full amount to our account and enter your order number as reference.
6. Once we have registered your payment, we will ship your goods.

EAN invoicing (public institutions only)

Public institutions with an EAN number can choose to receive an electronic invoice.

Here's how you do it:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout and select “EAN invoicing” as the payment method.
3. Enter your institution's EAN number in the field provided.
4. Complete the order.
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
6. We will send you an electronic invoice.
7. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.

Secure payment

All payments on Unoliving are made through secure and encrypted connections via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This is your guarantee for a safe online shopping experience. We use Nets to handle our payment solutions.
